We deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa via one of our couriers: UPS or Parcelforce.
- Delivery should take between 2 and five working days after the day we dispatch.
- We do not dispatch on weekends or on UK bank holidays dates, orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are not classed as working days.
- Delivery dates are estimated and not a guaranteed delivery date service.
IMPORTANT: Local taxes may be payable by the customer on import depending on tax rules and dutied. We can not accept any liability or refund charges/ tax / import duty imposed by customs or local taxation in any form.
To avoid any complications with your shipment, please double check your address and ZIP code are correct, in the event of an incorrect address being given we are unable to refund any delivery charge once the shipment is dispatched. Shipments classed as lost, delayed or damaged by our couriers due to an incorrect delivery address being given by the customer will not be refunded.
Parcels returned to All about Sweets Ltd from overseas marked as uncollected, refused, incorrect address, moved, not wanted, etc, etc, will not qualify for a refund.
Customs officials do have the right to open and inspect any package at random, this is beyond our control as a spot check can be made by the local customs authority at will. Your goods should not be harmed in anyway but the outer packaging may be opened and resealed accordingly.
